Alison Young, Sir David Williams Professor of Public Law at the University of Cambridge, is the holder of the 2019-2020 Ganshof van der Meersch Chair a the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). On February 13, 2020 she delivered the opening lecture of the Chair, entitled: « Brexit and the United Kingdom Constitution ». She was welcomed by Prof. Emmanuel Slautsky, Professor of Public Law and Comparative Law at the ULB.
